Rescue efforts continue on the fifth day following heavy floods in Nepal and Tibet. Reports indicate the situation remains critical, with over 2,400 people still missing.
In other news, Iran’s Revolutionary Guards confirmed that an attack on Lark Island caused deaths and injuries among their forces and local residents. They blamed the United States and Israel for the strike and vowed to respond.
US officials said American forces targeted two missile launchers on Lark Island. The weapons were reportedly being prepared by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards to launch attacks on the Strait of Hormuz. The US Central Command has not yet issued an independent statement on the incident.
